Has there been times in our lives where we wished we had spoken up, or spoken out, about something? Either a split second after the moment, or repeatedly over 20 years….
Personal integrity is when the things we THINK, SAY, and DO, are the same. However this may not be the way most of us are conditioned to live – by our upbringing, education, and society. Many children were raised to keep their thoughts to themselves, and expressing only what is expected and considered ‘appropriate’.
Over generations, human beings have largely learnt to shut down our own wishes, wants, needs and desires; which in turn creates imbalance in our bodies and minds. Every time we deny or neglect our own wishes, more seeds and patterns get reinforced within the myriad of our body systems = that we do not deserve to have what we want. It is time to discard and dispel our self-imposed restrictions, suppression, and limitations; bringing ourselves back into personal integrity, oneness and joyful expression!
Using advance energy tools this 2-hour session will focus on digging deep and clearing:
• Childhood suppression of the right to voice our thoughts, needs, and wants
• Blocks to speaking out and speaking up
• Fears and past traumas of being wrong, punished, embarrassed
• Guilt for hurting or disappointing others etc as well as clearing ancient and current limiting programs, from our human genetics, soul lineage, and mass consciousness – freeing us to speak out with LOVE and Live from the HEART
